Meditation is a game changer.

I’ve been on a spiritual quest for decades, but the moment I stepped onto the path of meditation 15 years ago I knew I’d found a catalyst that would ultimately transform every aspect of my life.

Life is beautiful, but it’s also complex and challenging. Meditation helps us to better navigate everything that comes our way with grace, humor, and a deep connection to our inner compass.

Understanding the philosophies on which the practice is based, as well as the techniques that have been leveraged for thousands of years offers the best possible foundation on which to start or deepen your practice.

The method I teach is one that’s gentle and easy, and from which the benefits flow quite naturally. This program is designed to motivate and inspire, while paving the way to greater mental, emotional and physical well-being and understanding higher states of consciousness that are accessible to all of us.

As a teacher, my objective is to share the ancient wisdom of this beautiful tradition, along with pragmatic insight to give you strategies for handling everything from the thoughts and emotions that arise while meditating to the challenges of implementing a new habit amidst an already busy life.

One of the oldest forms of meditation still in use today, it stems from the spiritual practices of ancient India. This particular discipline gives the mind a powerful point of focus, which is unique to each student.

The course is taught in four sessions over the course of three weeks and includes three interactive 90-minute group classes plus one session of individualized instruction.

In this relatively brief period of time you’ll gain downloading all the information and understanding required to build a life-long practice.

  • A comprehensive look into the fundamentals of meditation through the lens of a tradition that dates back thousands of years

  • How to handle thoughts, emotions and other experiences that may arise during meditation

  • How to best access the benefits of meditation as a modern human living in a modern world

  • Pragmatic strategies for developing your practice and making it a habit regardless of how busy you are

  • The higher states of human consciousness and what these transformative experiences can be like

  • How to truly meditate anytime, anywhere

  • The opportunity to get answers to all of your questions with coaching along the way

My teaching certification through the Deepak Chopra School is the result of a year-long program, which in addition to meditation also covers Vedic philosophy and other related disciplines including yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork) and Ayurveda.

I’ve also studied various spiritual disciplines for nearly 20 years and work to bring an integrated perspective of the ancient wisdom accumulated from across humanity’s diverse cultures and belief systems. 

As a student of the earth, I also connect deeply with the infinite array of healing medicine and energy our planet offers us in every moment. When we master within ourselves the ability to be still we attune more closely to nature’s grounding and ever-present frequency, and sense the profound connectedness between all things. 

Meditation, regardless of specific practice, is a common feature across global spiritual traditions for connecting into the infinite wisdom of higher consciousness that is always within reach.
