Psychedelic Integration Coaching
Psychedelic and sacred plant medicine experiences have the potential to catalyze deep personal insights, physical healing and spiritual connection.
However it’s up to us to integrate these experiences into an up-leveled version of ourselves.
The medicines open the door and show us the view. Integration takes what we’ve learned and drives the internal shifts necessary to become that version of ourselves we know we can be: living out our highest potential filled with a sense of joy, connection, purpose and abundance.
This is the part I wish I’d known about when I began my own work with the sacred medicines 15 years ago.
So I’ve dedicated my path to helping people just like you uncover the nuggets of wisdom, connect the dots, explore what’s held deep inside below our level of conscious awareness — and then implement tools and techniques to drive lasting change.

How does coaching work?
We’ll work one-on-one to identify your goals for expansion, the aspects of life where you feel stuck or out of alignment, and areas you feel called to heal.
Utilizing a carefully cultivated toolkit we’ll delve into the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual body to understand what’s there, leaning into the discomfort together, and unlocking the clarity and pragmatic shifts needed to move forward with confidence.
For those working with psychedelics and sacred plant medicines, we’ll leverage specific methods (often medicine-specific in nature) to ensure you’re optimally prepared to get the most from your journey and once on the other side, make the most of the insights and shifts experienced during ceremony.
The deeper work is balanced with embraceable practices to really squeeze maximum joy out of life, and you’re never alone on the journey.
The energy of the divine is equal parts playful and powerful, and I’ve found the drive toward personal growth has greatest momentum when coupled with curiosity and a sense of humor. So while this work requires commitment, we also make sure it’s fun and really expansive.
